As a UX Designer at Adeprimo you work on some of the Nordics' leading digital services, mobile applications, internal platforms and websites — primarily in media, tourism and retail. You will work alongside our clients and our designers to understand user needs and turn them into intuitive, usable solutions, for example as wireframes focused on flow and structure.

We are looking for someone with several years of experience as a UX Designer, at a level where you can carry the design responsibility in a development team on your own. The role covers the entire UX process, from problem understanding and research through concept, interaction design and validation. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Östersund or Stockholm.

When we develop new digital services and concepts we start from real needs and go the whole way: idea generation, analysis of value and business requirements, concept visualisation, impact mapping, requirements work, interaction design at a conceptual level, wireframes, and validation through user testing among other methods.

AI has, in a short time, changed both what we build for our clients and how we work ourselves. We do not expect you to be an expert, but we do expect you to be curious and to have your own views on where the technology earns its place in a design process and where it does not.

We think you are someone who enjoys life and values quality of life. You will create, drink coffee and play table tennis at our headquarters in Östersund or at our Stockholm office — you choose where you are based.

Qualifications

  • you communicate very well within your team and with clients
  • you want to help develop our ways of working and our methods for client-driven development
  • you are skilled at sketching, visualising, mapping flows, building prototypes and testing solutions both early and late in the development process
  • you are structured and love working with flows
  • you appreciate constraints in a project and get creative within them
  • you like deadlines and are good at meeting them
  • you are proactive within the team and towards clients
  • you spread positive energy, have strong drive and delivery focus, and enjoy an environment with complex challenges and constant change

We are looking for someone who

  • has a relevant degree in service design/UX and/or five years of hands-on experience in similar work
  • has at least five years of experience working with UX design, including time carrying the design responsibility in a development team independently
  • is able to see the whole picture and think both strategically and tactically
  • understands the full design process, from insight work through design, implementation and evaluation
  • has experience of concept design, interaction design and developing services and user experiences
  • works fluently in Figma and is used to building and maintaining design systems
  • has experience of user-driven service design
  • has experience of analysing needs and assessing business and operational value
  • is well versed in tools for visualising and documenting concept and interaction design
  • has experience of initiating and running interviews and usability tests with end users
  • is well versed in tools for tracking perceived user satisfaction
  • uses generative AI as a natural part of the working day, in research, in sketching or in prototypes
  • is used to working in agile, cross-functional teams
  • is used to working independently on larger development assignments
  • is used to leading meetings and presenting solutions and concepts within product teams and to stakeholders — verbally, in writing and visually
  • is fluent in Swedish and has a good command of English, both spoken and written

It is a plus if you have

  • developed shared ways of working within service design/UX
  • experience of designing AI-driven product experiences, where the answers are probabilistic and the interface has to handle uncertainty
  • used AI to shorten the lead time in your own process, from research synthesis to prototypes you can put in front of real users
  • developed digital services for internal users
  • experience of graphic design
  • experience of working in larger organisations
