Privacy policy

This policy explains which personal data Adeprimo AB collects through adeprimo.com, why we collect it, how long we keep it and which rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Who is responsible

Adeprimo AB, Zätagränd 11, 831 30 Östersund, Sweden, is the data controller for the personal data described here. Questions about privacy go to info@adeprimo.se or +46 63 555 800.

What we collect and why

When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, organisation and message. We use them to answer you and, if it leads somewhere, to discuss a possible assignment. The legal basis is your consent, which you give in the form.

When you apply for a job we receive your name, email address, phone number, cover letter, CV and any portfolio you attach. We use them only to assess your application. The legal basis is your consent, which you give in the form.

When you sign up for our newsletter or for Trends Weekly we store your email address so that we can send you the mailings. Every mailing contains a link to unsubscribe.

To stop spam and abuse of the forms we store a one-way hash of your IP address for a short period. The hash cannot be turned back into the IP address. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the forms working.

Cookies and similar techniques for statistics and marketing are only used after you have accepted them in the consent banner. The cookie page lists every cookie.

How long we keep the data

Job applications, including CV and attachments, are deleted automatically six months after they arrive. Contact form messages are kept in our email for as long as the conversation is relevant. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.

Who processes the data for us

We use suppliers that process personal data on our behalf under data processing agreements. They are Vercel (hosting of the website and file storage for applications), Neon (database), Resend (sending email), Campaign Monitor (newsletter), Upstash (spam protection), Cookiebot (consent management) and Google Tag Manager (loading of statistics tools after consent). Some of these suppliers are based in the United States. Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, the transfer relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Your rights

You have the right to know which personal data we hold about you and to get a copy of it. You can ask us to correct wrong data, delete data or restrict how we use it, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. When processing is based on consent you can withdraw the consent at any time, which does not affect processing that already took place. Send your request to info@adeprimo.se and we will answer within one month.

If you think we handle your data incorrectly you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, imy.se).
