Nordic Hotels & Resorts — booking built for conversion
A personalised booking flow across the group's hotels — fewer choices, higher conversion.
Technology should work with human behaviour and adapt to the individual. We built a booking experience tailored to the guest, and underneath it a platform with room to change and expand.
The booking should feel like the destination
A digital experience ought to reflect an actual visit. The booking is personalised and shifts with the character of the hotel as much as with the guest making the reservation.
Fewer choices, higher conversion
The booking flow is integrated through the entire process, with design and tone of voice tailored to each hotel. Minimising the number of choices raises conversion: the guest is guided through, customising the stay with carefully selected add-ons in a natural order and a clear overview.
A relationship that began with Copperhill
We have worked on Copperhill's communication since the hotel was built in 2007 — graphic identity, brand book and website. Copperhill is one of the hotels within Nordic Hotels & Resorts, and from 2015 the work extended across the group. We design and develop the hotels' websites with a focus on UX, conversion and brand.
Each project starts with workshops to establish the current position, the vision and the goals. From there come wireframes for structure and flow, then design, development and testing, run as Scrum with continuous review alongside the client.
About the hotels
Nordic Hotels & Resorts is a collection of independent hotels across the Nordics, each with its own brand and identity, ranging from design, art and culture to mountains, fresh air, spa treatments or city life. The group is part of the wider hotel company now known as Strawberry.
